Messy Church

Messy Church is an event which draws together all ages for crafts, activities, food and faith in a very informal way. The clue is in the title – it is relaxed, fun and MESSY.

See the Report from Thursday 20th Feb 2014 and the pictures from "Party Time!" held on Saturday 3rd January

The last one was on Thursday 26th October – from 3 to 5 where great fun was enjoyed by all.

Monday 9th April at a new time of 10:00am to 2:00pm

Messy Church is held in church on dates advertised on the website, in the church magazine, in the local press and on posters in the town.

Contact: the church office 01953 881252.

Highighting Past Events:

One Christmas we made lanterns as an illustration of taking God’s light into the world. We walked the short distance to the local sheltered housing complex, led by a guitarist singing ‘Walk in the Light’ as we went. When there we shared our food together.

In the summer we had a Teddy Bear’s picnic in the church grounds and on the field. Lots of games and lots of food!
